SNC-Lavalin - Maroc - Canada - Responsibilities:To perform this role successfully, this individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:? Resolving highly complex problems involving high risk monetary cost? Consulting with clients to resolve contractual issues? Developing, implementing and managing related procedures, systems and corporate policies? Developing project-specific contracting strategies and overseeing contract formulation for packages? Negotiating major contracts? Reviewing and approving prequalification, solicitation and analysis of tenders on all major contract awards? Administration of construction subcontracts for various work including lump sum and T&M? Overseeing and reporting on contract progress? Supervising the work of subordinates within the contract administration team? Providing employees with training and development opportunities? Providing input into salary recommendations and performance evaluations? Making recommendations on recruiting and other HR activities
